Please join us for some casual stitching time with your friends on the following Sunday, February 23^rd from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm.

The cost is $25 per session.

Everyone is responsible for their own lunch.

This is a great opportunity for you to work on some the pieces that you are trying to finish or you can browse around the shop for something new.

We need a minimum of 6 to stitchers in order to run Sunday Stitching.

We want to make sure you, our customers, get your finishing back in time for birthdays, holidays & other celebrations.

As a general rule you need to figure on getting your finished stitching to us 12 – 14 weeks ahead of the date you need it by.

These are the deadlines from our finishers:

July 4th – April 3

June Graduations – March 20

Halloween – June 19

Thanksgiving & Hanukkah – June 24

Christmas – July 16

We cannot guarantee you will get your finished item back in time if you drop it off after these dates.

Julia Snyder’s books are back in stock.

Here is an interesting stitch that I found while I was working on a project for the shop, Triple Rice.  There seems to be several variations for the Rice Stitch.  I liked this one because there are many thread choice possibilities.   I used Neon Rays, in a contrasting color, as the base for the 6 by 6 cross stitch.   Using an over-dyed Gloriana thread  for the accent stitches really gave me the look that I wanted for my project.   Playing around with the threads will give you different finished looks.  Give it a try!

  • For the next 2 months you will receive 2 canvases per month ($73 each) with a monthly charge of $146 plus the cost of the thread kits for those canvases. The thread kit prices vary from $35.00 to $50.00 depending on which canvases you choose.
  • You will receive complementary stitch guides for all 5 canvases.

• Package C: Your choice of 3 canvases
  • Get all 3 canvas and thread kits at once. The cost of each canvas is $73.00.  The thread kit prices vary from $35.00 to $50.00 depending on which canvases you choose.  You will receive complementary stitch guides for all 3 canvases.
  • Package C includes a 20% discount off of one canvas in addition to 20% off of the finishing of one canvas.

• Package D: Your choice of any canvas at $73.  The thread kit prices vary from $35.00 to $50.00 depending on which canvases you choose. If you purchase the thread kits for each canvas there is no charge for stitch guide.
