Today we are featuring two Staff Picks.  Both staff members chose canvases by Susan Roberts.

Adrianne choose the Giraffe.  What a delightful addition to any child’s bedroom either as a pillow or a framed piece.  If you are an animal lover this would look great in any room.  The canvas is on 13 count mesh.  Adrienne pulled some fantastic threads that would make this giraffe come alive.  She can also assist you in picking out some stitches.  This canvas was $195 and is $156 now.

Do you have a little one or know someone that will be losing a tooth?  Why not stitch this adorable tooth fairy box that Vanessa chose.  Originally $89 now $71.

Mosaic Stitches are very versatile and can be used just about anywhere on your canvas.  Some of us like to use the Diagonal Mosaic as a background stitch because it goes fairly quickly and is easy to compensate.  The Diagonal Mosaic Variation is good when you want to add a little sparkle or bead.  When stitching the Mosaic Checker use the same color thread and you will get nice pattern.

Give these a try, you will be very pleased with the results.
